Martin is particularly passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and is proud that OMD was the first agency to launch a RAP (Reconciliation Plan) in 2017 and has a D&I Charter with measurable goals through to 2024.
Martin brings 30+ years of experience in media sales, media planning and buying, and HR.
Arriving in Australia 18 years ago, Martin previously ran his own executive recruitment and training consultancy.
Prior to that he was Managing Director of Carat’s Sydney office, leading a team of 75.
Martin is a regular speaker at HR conferences.
