She also leads People Experience at Judo Bank, including processes and systems to facilitate the end-to-end employee journey at Judo, including onboarding, outsourced payroll, and Judo’s HRIS.
Danila joined Judo Bank from Afterpay, where she led the Global Compensation function, and has been a Human Resources professional for almost 20 years. Danila has held senior roles at ANZ and EY, spending over 13 years at EY in Melbourne and London consulting to Major Banks and Financial Services organisations in reward, governance, M&A, performance management and organisational design. Danila was the industry SME for the Financial Services sector at EY between 2015 and 2019 during the Royal Commission into Banking and Financial Services and various APRA inquiries into Culture, Remuneration and Governance.
Danila holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance, with majors in Economics, Finance and Marketing, and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing, from Monash University. She has also completed several leadership development programs, including EY Accelerate Women’s Leadership Program, and LEAD program via the Coach Place.
